Paola is a supremely kind person, the appointment we had with her was excellent, she resolved all the doubts we had, she gave us advice about our immigration possibilities, she took much more time than she initially gave us when we made the appointment, however, regarding the immigration process that she recommended, we requested a quote and it never arrived, despite having written on several occasions reminding us, we never got any response.
